The ABC Program includes 3 basic activities from your favorite mentor which will help any curious Digital Artist get to know a bit more of their CGI topic of interest. A Webinar and a Q&A session will be provided within the program to delve and clear any doubts you might have.

2. XYZ Program

The XYZ Program has the foundations of the ABC program activities with an added practical activity called Mentor Me!; tailored for the artists willing to take action with a one on one mentorship program focused on a specific topic chosen by the alumni or a pre-defined topic from our platform.

This XYZ program will help you have the first practical interactions with a mentor working in the industry for you to get a more rounded experience through The Grid Academy.

3. ABC TO XYZ Program

The ABC TO XYZ Program runs through the core & most important learning and meeting activities in The Grid Academy.

Designed for any Digital Artist willing to have a comprehensive & one of a kind experience with our mentors and resources to go beyond any learning experience with handpicked industry professionals from the CGI industry.

We will take you from point A to point B meaning you will acquire the full TGA experience of our meet & learn core concept obtaining the tech skills plus soft skills to develop yourself as a top tier professional.

4. TGA Program

Tell your Story! | Webinar/Conference Brief | On Demand Workshop | Review Session | Networking Night with…!

The TGA Program it’s a hands on and practical training program that has the purpose of training or solving a particular creative, technical or production issue towards any Digital Artist, Studio or Production.

During the program you will get direct & personal (Online or On Site) guidance by the hand of your desired mentor to solve any issue you might have with full access to all of our content & resources to assure the refinement and success of your project.

All services mentioned before, can be offered as Pre Recorded Content, Live Online Content or Live On-Site event. One mentor in all activities per program.

TELL YOUR STORY!

A “Tell Your Story!” Everyone has their own story, right? Let’s go behind the curtain and find out the mentor’s career path you look up to.

You will learn helpful resources, the mentor’s process of starting out in the industry, stories of success and failures, etc. and most importantly, real industry tips.

NETWORKING NIGHT WITH…!

A “Networking Night with…!” you and your mentor.

During an online video call you or within an exclusive group will have the opportunity to bond one on one with your desired mentor, to generate a dialogue, exchange ideas and career path stories, or just to say Hello!

RECRUITMENT SESSION
“Recruitment Session” is an activity where you, the Digital Artist will have the chance to expose your work to recruiters from 2D, 3D and VFX top studios around the world, with the purpose of getting noticed, receiving constructive feedback and possibly getting hired by a studio.

MASTERCLASS
A “Masterclass” is an immersive & exclusive online experience, which gives everyone the opportunity to learn from the world's best 2D, 3D and VFX Artists. Every class is created by the instructor and includes pre-recorded instructional video content of a specific topic, a digital class workbook, access to exclusive content and community activities.

WORKSHOP

“Workshop” is an in-depth, interactive educational program designed to gain valuable focused knowledge developed by our handpicked industry mentors with a high degree of involvement from our alumni. The workshop program includes a class workbook, interactive assignments and 1 on 1 feedback from your mentor for the term.

The mentor will guide you step by step through your assignments by understanding the workflow and methods needed to achieve the program objective.

MENTOR ME!

A “Mentor Me!” A hands-on and practical learning experience designed to solve any creative, technical or production block you might have on your project.
Mentor’s resources, their expertise and hand by hand guidance will be provided enabling you to solve and conclude your project in a timely manner.

WEBINAR/CONFERENCE
A “Webinar/Conference” An interactive activity which will host one of our mentors sharing their know-how, expertise and helpful resources about various or specific topics.

This activity will let our alumni engage with our mentors from any part of the world while learning from the CGI Industry Top Digital Artists.

CRITIQUE SESSION
A “Critique Session” gives you the opportunity to get your work personally reviewed by one of our handpicked mentors working at top studios worldwide, in order to receive constructive feedback for you to polish your work or just share your great work to the industry!

Q & A SESSION (This activity is only included with the ABC Program. *)
A “Q&A Session” This session will help the alumni clear any creative, technical or production doubts they might have after a Webinar/Conference or Mentor Me! Activity.

ON DEMAND LEARNING
An “On Demand Learning” Sometimes you just want to learn a specific technique or workflow and not the whole program course. That’s the aim of this On Demand Learning concept.
On Demand Learning enables you to access the content you want without acquiring the complete package or program; in real time, anywhere and anytime.

ON DEMAND WORKSHOP

A “On Demand Workshop” A hands-on and practical learning experience designed to solve any creative, technical or production block you might have on your project.
On Demand Workshop will allow the alumni to choose the topic or project to work on with the mentor’s guidance, solving your project needs till it’s completion.

An “Online Networking 101 for Digital Artists”
Who are the people you know in the business? That’s right, your Network = Community, Job Opportunities, Knowledge, Experiences, Personal Growth, Challenges, & Friends… Basically an all-round Digital Artist.
This fundamental course will guide any digital artist willing to broaden their soft skills, engage & develop professional relationships around the world whether they’re Producers, Supervisors, Recruiters or just another fellow Digital Artist you wish to connect with.

DEVELOPING A LINKEDIN GLOBAL NETWORK FOR DIGITAL ARTISTS

A “Developing a LinkedIn Global Network for Digital Artists” is a focused course tailored on developing and expanding your LinkedIn global network as a professional in the CGI Industry.

We’ll work on topics such as:
Getting jobs worldwide
Working from home
Getting paid from International studios
Growing & nurturing your network

If you do not want information about you to be shared in this manner, do not use this feature.

International Users

The Service is controlled, operated and administered by The Grid Academy from our offices within the USA. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. Indemnification

Arbitration

In the event the parties are not able to resolve any dispute between them arising out of or concerning these Terms and Conditions, or any provisions hereof, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise at law or in equity for damages or any other relief, then such dispute shall be resolved only by final and binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, conducted by a single neutral arbitrator and administered by the American Arbitration Association, or a similar arbitration service selected by the parties, in a location mutually agreed upon by the parties. The arbitrator's award shall be final, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court having jurisdiction. In the event that any legal or equitable action, proceeding or arbitration arises out of or concerns these Terms and Conditions, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorney's fees. The parties agree to arbitrate all disputes and claims in regards to these Terms and Conditions or any disputes arising as a result of these Terms and Conditions, whether directly or indirectly, including Tort claims that are a result of these Terms and Conditions. The parties agree that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision. The entire dispute, including the scope and enforceability of this arbitration provision shall be determined by the Arbitrator. This arbitration provision shall survive the termination of these Terms and Conditions.

Class Action Waiver

Any arbitration under these Terms and Conditions will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class/representative/collective actions are not permitted. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT A PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN EACH'S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PUTATIVE CLASS, COLLECTIVE AND/ OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, SUCH AS IN THE FORM OF A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION AGAINST THE OTHER. Further, unless both you and The Grid Academy agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

Liability Disclaimer

THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY ADDED TO THE INFORMATION HEREIN. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE GRID TGA LEARNING LLC AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SITE, WITH THE DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR RELATED SERVICES, THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE, OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF THE GRID TGA LEARNING LLC OR ANY OF ITS SUPPLIERS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME STATES/JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE SITE, OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE.

Termination/Access Restriction

The Grid Academy reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Wyoming in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.

You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and The Grid Academy as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. The Grid Academy's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of The Grid Academy's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by The Grid Academy with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.

Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and The Grid Academy with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and The Grid Academy with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.

Changes to Terms

The Grid Academy reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which https://www.thegridacademy.xyz/ is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. The Grid Academy encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
